On August 31, 2020, E-House Enterprise Group Crane Research Center exclusively released the "TOP100 Sales of Chinese Real Estate Enterprises from January to August 2020" ranking list, in which the TOP10 trading amount in the trading list is Country Garden, China Evergrande, Vanke Real Estate, Sunac China, Poly Development, China Shipping Real Estate, Greenland Holdings, Jindi Group, World Trade Group and Greentown China. New Town Holdings, Jinke Group and Sunshine City did not enter the TOP10 in terms of trading amount, but in the ranking of trading area, they surpassed Jindi Group, World Trade Group and Greentown China and ranked TOP10 in terms of trading area. In the sales list, Country Garden, China Evergrande, Vanke Real Estate, Poly Development and Sunac China are still firmly in the TOP5, with China Shipping Real Estate, Greenland Holdings, World Trade Group, China Resources Land and China Merchants Shekou occupying the TOP6-TOP10 of the sales list respectively.
