HRs, do you know how to calculate 20.83 days and 21.75 days? How to calculate the daily wage and hourly wage of employees? HRs who don't understand can look at it.
Calculation of system working time
Annual working days = 365 days -104 days rest days -11 days legal holidays = 250 days
Quarterly working days = 250 days ÷ 4 quarters = 62.5 days/quarter
Monthly working days = 250 days ÷ 12 months = 20.83 days/month
Calculation of hours worked: 8 hours per day multiplied by the working day of the month, quarter, year
Conversion of daily and hourly wages
Daily wage = monthly wage income ÷ monthly wage days
Hourly wage = monthly wage income ÷ (monthly wage days x 8 hours)
Monthly salary days =(365 days -104 days) ÷ 12 months = 21.75 days
