The lawyers at the meeting spoke extensively and actively participated, sharing their own examples of legal amendments or the promulgation of new laws in their own cases, as well as their own countermeasures and experiences. Through the narration of the sharers and the discussion of the participants, everyone present has a deeper understanding of the issues discussed, and everyone has gained a lot.

The second stage is new business sharing. The speaker is Li Qingshuai, an outstanding young lawyer of our institute. The topic of the lecture is "Execution does not necessarily" go straight ". In this training, lawyer Li Qingshuai selflessly shared his experience and insights in the implementation of the business, focusing on the introduction of third-party institutions in the whole process of implementation, through capital intervention, resource integration and information docking and other steps, to achieve the rapid realization of the implementation of the target at a reasonable price, promote the smooth progress of the implementation process, and maximize the realization of the new business of creditor's rights to protect the interests of all parties. Lawyer Li Qingshuai not only combed the operation basis and business framework of the new business in simple terms, but also showed the great advantages and broad prospects of the new business through the analysis of actual cases.
