Show the ability to argue, help business training-our lawyers to participate in the "Shandong Provincial Youth Lawyer Debate Competition"

In order to improve the debate skills of young lawyers, show a good image of lawyers, and further promote the construction of a team of lawyers with firm political literacy, proficient in legal business, upholding justice, and abiding by the rule of law. The Shandong Provincial Lawyers Management Committee organized the "Shandong Provincial Young Lawyers Debate Competition" on June 1, 2019 ". Our young lawyers Xu Changle, Zhang Xu and Pan Xiaofan participated in the competition.

In the debate competition, the debaters of both sides closely focused on the difficulties of the debate and the focus of the debate, quoting classics and witty remarks, arguing, defending, and refuting one after another, and the focus of the debate collided passionately. In the free debate session, the three lawyers of our firm demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, solid legal skills and distinctive eloquence with their alert response, meticulous thinking and mature skills. The two sides fought each other and fought fiercely, allowing the audience to fully appreciate the beauty of jurisprudence, the beauty of thinking and the beauty of language.

After fierce competition, Zhongcheng Qingtai team advanced to the final, and three young lawyers, Xu Changle, Zhang Xu and Pan Xiaofan, won the honorary title of "excellent debater" in the competition.

The holding of this debate competition provides a platform for young lawyers directly under the provincial government to discuss and exchange. It not only strengthens the communication between lawyers, explores and cultivates debating talents, improves professional ability, shows the eloquent professional demeanor and vigorous good image of young lawyers, but also guides lawyers to pay attention to society, people's livelihood, fairness and justice from the perspective of law, it is of great significance to promote the construction of lawyer culture in Shandong Province, promote the development of the lawyer industry and the construction of the rule of law.
