International Capital Market Business Training and China-Thailand International Zhongcheng Qingtai Cooperation Forum Successfully Held

In order to thoroughly implement the international development strategy of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, Zhongcheng Qingtai International Capital Market Business Training and China-Thailand International Zhongcheng Qingtai Cooperation Forum were successfully held in the conference room of Jinan Institute on June 2, 2019. This training and cooperation forum invited Zou muyao, Li jielan and Wang xingjun, directors of China investment banking department of China-Thailand financial control international co., ltd., Ji bin, deputy general manager of China-Thailand huaxin equity investment management co., ltd., and lei Yutian, investment director, as keynote speakers. More than 20 customers such as Shandong Expressway, Shandong Zhongyan, Evergrande Real Estate, Pioneer Group, Ganyun Information, Star Preference, Xinghong Telecom (arranged in the order of registration) and all lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute participated in the training forum on the spot. Zhongcheng Qingtai branches participated in the training forum online through the video conference system. This activity is presided over by Li Zhenzhong, deputy director of our institute.

During the forum, Director Lei Yutian of China-Thai Huaxin made a keynote speech on "Overview of Domestic and Foreign Capital Market Business", introducing the basic situation and business lines of China-Thai International and China-Thai Huaxin, and explaining the formulation of M & A strategic plan and the relevant contents of red chip structure.

Director Zou Muyao of Zhongtai International gave a keynote speech on "Overseas Bond Practice", introducing the advantages and elements of overseas bonds (mainly US dollar bonds), issuance methods and structure, operation cycle and process, cooperation and division of labor between intermediaries, use of funds raised from overseas bonds, and outlook of overseas bond market.

Director Li Jielan of Zhongtai International gave a keynote speech on "Hong Kong Capital Market Financing Practice", explaining the basic requirements and process of Chinese enterprises listing in Hong Kong, the New Deal of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the common structure and expected timetable, the division of labor and cooperation of intermediaries and the introduction of investor classification.

Director Wang Xingjun of Zhongtai International made a keynote speech on "Overseas Financing Practice of Financing Guarantees", introducing the policy basis and applicability of financing guarantees, transaction structure and operation process, financing scheme and special considerations.

After the keynote speech, Deputy Director Li Zhenzhong summarized the activity. In the context of my country's "One Belt, One Road" initiative, 2019 will be a breakthrough year for Zhongcheng Qingtai's international business. The Exchange will further deepen its international development strategy and accelerate the establishment of Hong Kong and South Korea branches.
