The Department of Urban Construction and Real Estate of our Institute holds departmental business training.

On June 14, 2019, the Urban Construction and Real Estate Department conducted departmental business training in the conference room of our institute. This training was conducted by lawyer Tian Yuanying of the first real estate department, lawyer Yu Xiaona of the second real estate department and lawyer Zhong Weidong of the third real estate department respectively with the themes of "Discussion on Legal Risk Prevention of Enterprises", "Discussion on Basic Knowledge and Hot Issues of Civil Air Defense" and "Legal Risks and Prevention in the Process of Mineral Transfer" in combination with their many years of experience.

In the course of this training, lawyer Zhong Weidong first introduced the basic concept of mining rights and the current situation of the industry from the meaning and legal nature of mining rights, and analyzed the circulation system of mining rights, the legal types of mining rights transfer and the legal risks in the transfer of mining rights, and shared his practical experience in the form of cases.

Subsequently, Lawyer Yu Xiaona, in combination with his own legal service experience in Jinan Civil Defense Office, discussed the legal knowledge and legal risks involved in the service process of popularizing civil defense departments from four aspects: the basic concept of civil defense, the normative documents of Jinan Civil Defense Office, the approval process of civil defense office and the hot issues of civil defense.

Finally, through many years of experience in the service of corporate legal counsel, lawyer Tian Yuanying highly concisely analyzes how to prevent common risks and hidden dangers in the process of corporate operation from the perspectives of corporate establishment, mergers and acquisitions, human resource management, taxation, etc., and actively shares the experience of common legal risks in the process of corporate service by taking the actual case of his own corporate service as an example, and heated discussions with young lawyers.

In this training, department lawyers actively participated in it, shared and discussed with everyone on the common related difficult problems in the process of individual case handling, everyone had good interaction and full communication, and the department training was a complete success.
