Civil Legal Affairs Department's Second Business Training in 2019
In order to strengthen team building and further improve the level of lawyers' business, the Civil Legal Affairs Department conducted the second business training of this year in the conference room on June 28, 2019.
In this training meeting, Deputy Director Chen Jinling introduced the advantages and challenges of lawyers' professional development from the perspective of lawyers' specialization, and thus led to the theme of the training meeting-"How to Become a Professional Lawyer in Labor Law". Director Chen mainly introduced the types of labor dispute cases and related businesses, the characteristics of labor dispute cases, the laws and regulations that need to be familiar with, and judicial interpretations. At the same time, combined with his own experience, he taught the participants the ideas and skills of handling cases in the form of cases. Director Chen shared his own experience in the practice, pointing out that the process of lawyer practice is a process of learning, practice, summary, re-learning, and re-practice. He warned everyone that only by continuous learning and practice can there be sustained and stable development and improvement.
After the training, we had a heated discussion with the participants on the key and difficult issues in the field of labor law, and actively expressed our opinions and shared our training experience, which fully reflected the fun of learning from each other.
