On July 19, 2019, in order to improve the awareness and legal literacy of overseas Chinese in Licheng District, the Licheng District Overseas Chinese Federation specially invited Zhou Jiakui, director of the Civil Affairs Department of our institute, and Chen Jinling, deputy director of the Licheng District Overseas Chinese Federation, to conduct business training for the cadres of the Overseas Chinese Federation in Licheng District, Jinan City.
