My lawyer Huang Zhang Cun teaches for Shandong Branch of China Three Gorges New Energy Co., Ltd.

On August 15, 2019, at the invitation of Shandong Branch of China Three Gorges New Energy Co., Ltd., Huang Zhangcuun, a lawyer, partner and deputy director of the three departments of urban construction and real estate, gave lectures on land legal knowledge related to wind power generation projects and photovoltaic power generation projects for senior executives of the company and project managers of various blocks.

This lecture combined with specific cases from the basic legal knowledge of new energy project land, the nature of new energy project land, the acquisition method of new energy project land, the prohibition of the use of new energy project land and the strict restrictions on the use of new energy project land, Lin Guang complementarity, Project survey, soil and water conservation, environmental assessment and other aspects conducted in-depth exchanges and communication with participants, and answered questions and questions on-site of participants, the legal issues involved in practice are analyzed.
