Carry Forward Zhongcheng Qingtai Culture and Achieve Common Development Dream-Induction Training for New Employees of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute

In order to carry forward the spirit of Zhongcheng Qingtai, inherit the culture of Zhongcheng Qingtai, standardize the management of law firms, and reflect the care of law firms, on August 24, 2019, Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Lawyers successfully held training for new recruits under the theme of "Promoting Zhongcheng Qingtai Culture and Achieving Common Development Dreams. The director of the law firm, the heads of the executive teams of the management committee, and representatives of outstanding young lawyers, as well as more than 80 outstanding talents, including newly recruited graduates of this master's degree, and former public security organs and law officials, gathered together to talk about listening, inherit and carry forward, and exchange and interact. This training was presided over by Meng Fanhu, deputy director of Jinan Institute.

First of all, Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Jinan Institute, led everyone to review the glorious history of Zhongcheng Qingtai in the past 30 years from four aspects: "the development process and culture of the law firm, the new situation of the legal service market, the development plan of the law firm, and the message from new lawyers", analyzed the development situation of the law firm, looked forward to the development prospect of the new lawyers.

Deputy Director Meng Fanhu gave lectures on the law firm's management organization, human resource management, administrative management and other system regulations, requiring young lawyers to strictly abide by the internal system regulations, respect others, and jointly create a comfortable and efficient working environment.

Wang Shuheng, deputy director of Jinan Institute's office, gave a lecture on the law firm's financial reimbursement system, law firm's salary system, personal tax application and other regulations, and answered questions for everyone on the spot.

Deputy Director Yu Peng introduced the publicity system in the institute. Director Yu said that we must focus on the development plan of the law firm, improve the construction of "one station, two micro", and create an interactive law firm brand promotion platform. Continuously optimize the publicity platform, enhance the brand building of the law firm, through brand building, internal cohesion, external communication influence.

Deputy Director Yao Huming taught the law firm's business management system in terms of business training, document standardization, case file management, risk prevention, and case communication. Director Yao said that it is necessary to further promote the professional development of "one main and two auxiliary", establish a sense of risk prevention, and create a new standard for business development.

Shi Guangbo, vice-chairman of the partner meeting, introduced the partner system, the law firm's articles of association, Jinan regional partners into the partnership, promotion, assessment methods and so on. At the same time, it is suggested that young lawyers should carry out self-orientation and career planning, do things seriously and be kind, and improve their professional ability to build professional brands.

Zhou Jiakui, director of the Civil Affairs Department and chairman of the trade union, shared his experience. Director Zhou said that excellent young lawyers should have nine "special", that is, special love, special public welfare feelings, special sense of responsibility, special risk awareness, special learning spirit, special gratitude, special care, special team spirit, special ability to endure hardship, fight and dedication.

Liu Yuhan, an outstanding young lawyer, shared the theme of "going through the pain period and meeting a better self" in combination with his own professional growth experience. Lawyer Liu suggested that young lawyers should pay attention to the accumulation and refinement of knowledge, consciously exercise communication and independence, cultivate comprehensive quality, be a comprehensive social person, prioritize their work, allocate time reasonably, challenge the unknown, give full play to their advantages, always be grateful and have a long-term vision.

Deputy Director Du Wentang brought the theme of "speaking, learning and singing of lawyers" to share. Director Du started from six aspects: communication, legal document production, teamwork, time management, risk prevention, and health management. He comprehensively and profoundly analyzed the problems and confusions encountered by young lawyers in the process of practicing, and contributed to the practice of young lawyers. The road points out the direction.

Finally, Han Honggang, director of the general office, made a concluding speech. Director Han said that this training is different from the past. The one-day training and learning system is complete and focuses on practical operations, which will help new employees to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the law firm's development history, cultural concepts and business, finance, administration, and human resources., Publicity and other system regulations. At the same time, I would like to thank the outstanding lawyer representatives for sharing, which provided valuable experience for young lawyers.

"Sail together in the same boat and sail thousands of miles on the wind and waves". The training ended in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.
