At the same time, he visited Chengdu Tianfu new area and Chengdu Qingbaijiang railway port area, focusing on the operation and development of China Europe center, Yingchuang power technology financial service platform and Chengdu international railway port.

The China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone has fully tapped the potential of ports such as airport, railway, and water, created a multimodal international open logistics system connecting the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and established information sharing for the introduction of major foreign investment projects. And the problem consultation mechanism, hold joint meetings on foreign investment and project operation, improve system construction, and create a good environment for the development of foreign-funded enterprises in Sichuan.

The research activities in Chengdu area of China (Sichuan) pilot free trade zone have been fruitful. The members of the research group have deeply studied the advanced development and governance system, international legal business environment and open, innovative and inclusive development concept. In the next step, the research group will sort out the research situation in detail to form a research report, and put forward development suggestions in combination with the core mission of institutional innovation in China (Shandong) pilot free trade zone, comprehensively help promote institutional innovation in Jinan area of China (Shandong) pilot free trade zone, and inject new momentum into the development of Jinan area of China (Shandong) pilot free trade zone.
