Recently, lawyer Zhou Jiakui, deputy director of the Civil Committee of Shandong Lawyers Association and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was invited by the leaders of Shanghe County Justice Bureau to conduct a seminar on the understanding and application of the General Principles of Civil Law for local lawyers in Shanghe County Transportation Building.
In this lecture, lawyer Zhou Jiakui taught and exchanged with lawyers in Shanghe County from three main aspects: the historical evolution of the development of civil law in China, the main contents of the general principles of civil law, and the inheritance and development of the general principles of civil law, and discussed the business development when the old and new laws are connected, the business improvement after the law is updated, And the lawyer training mechanism. It is an active exploration of our institute to promote the development of the industry to promote the exchange of experience among lawyers in different regions through discussion and learning. The participating lawyers in Shanghe County all stated that through this lecture, a good lawyer cooperation model has been established and a new understanding of civil business has been improved.
