On December 27, 2019, the Capital Market Department of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm conducted the last business training of the year in the conference room of the firm. The training was conducted by three lawyers, Zhang Ronglin, Yin Yanbo and Miao Zezhuang, and the topics taught were "Civil Litigation Strategies and Skills", "Private Investment Fund Filing Instructions" and "Litigation Experience in Securities Misrepresentation Cases". Lawyer Zhang Ronglin fully described the strategies and techniques of civil litigation from three parts: the pre-litigation legal analysis stage, the pre-trial preparation stage and the trial stage.
