The Civil Legal Affairs Department of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute Held 2019 Work Summary Meeting and 2020 Work Outlook Meeting
On the afternoon of January 17, the Civil and Legal Affairs Department of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm held the 2019 Work Summary Meeting and the 2020 Work Outlook Meeting. The meeting was presided over by lawyer Zhou Jiakui, senior partner of Jinan Institute and director of civil legal affairs department, and attended by all colleagues of civil legal affairs department.
Lawyer Zhou Jiakui summarized the achievements of the Civil Legal Affairs Department in 2019. Last year, gratifying achievements were made in many aspects such as business growth, but at the same time, there were also problems such as incomplete business development and in-depth business exploration. In 2020, the whole department should pay more attention to business development and business training, especially to continue to develop brand business and key business, continue to build Zhou Jiakui lawyer major dispute brand, Chen Jinling lawyer labor dispute brand and Wang Zhi lawyer criminal cross-business brand and other characteristic legal business brands. Xue Lihua, a senior judge and arbitrator, put forward constructive suggestions on the business direction of the Civil Affairs Department this year. He pointed out that it is necessary to highlight the key points and improve the ability to handle major and important cases. Lawyer Chen Jinling proposed to explore the establishment of a sound internal and external cooperation mechanism and a training mechanism for young lawyers, so as to continuously improve the professional level and case handling ability of the whole department. Other colleagues in the Civil Affairs Department also interacted and exchanged experiences and problems in their own practice.
After the meeting, all colleagues in the Civil Affairs Department held their first dinner in 2020. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the colleagues deepened their exchanges, enhanced their feelings, and strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force of the entire department. Chief consultant Director Huang Keyun, President Geng Guoyu of Jinan Lawyers Association and other leaders attended the exchange.
