The Ministry of Civil Affairs and Commerce of Jinan Institute of Zhongcheng Qingtai once again held an online training on "How to Play the Maximum Role in the Cross-business of Civil and Criminal Operations"
With the continuous development of the economic situation, a large number of civil and commercial cases have led to many criminal cases, often a case at the same time there are civil liquidation liability, criminal refund liability, administrative punishment liability intersection, as well as the case fact determination, behavior nature determination, execution procedures in the civil and criminal line intersection. In the context of complex legal relations, the parties involved in such cases will suffer huge losses. Based on the above, the Civil and Commercial Department of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute once again launched online training on March 1, 2020 with the theme of "How to play the best role in the cross-business of civil and criminal law.
The keynote speaker of this training was lawyer Zhou jiakui, deputy director and senior partner of zhongcheng qingtai (Jinan) institute. at the meeting, director Zhou, based on his own experience in handling cases, focused on the relevant issues of criminal procedures in the cross-business of civil and criminal affairs, and made detailed analysis and experience sharing on how to communicate with family members or clients, how to meet effectively, how to read papers effectively, how to deal with public security organs, and law, and how to find breakthrough points in cases. Director Zhou stressed at the meeting that we must pay attention to teamwork, strive to collect relevant laws and regulations and precedents in a short period of time, issue accurate and effective legal documents, and attack the key points of the case, so that the case handling organs can quickly understand the facts and relevant background of the case, and deal with the criminal suspects or defendants fairly, especially in the face of cases involving multi-layered legal relations and multiple legal procedures, to fight for the rights and interests of the parties in the shortest possible time.
My colleagues in the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Commerce felt deeply about this training. Criminal procedure is indeed an important issue for civil and commercial lawyers when facing the cross-business of civil and criminal affairs. Many lawyers said that they did miss some cases of great research value and learning significance because they were not particularly familiar with criminal procedure and relevant laws, and because of the tight working hours at ordinary times. This training greatly promoted everyone's enthusiasm for learning, research and participation in new cases, and also provided new ideas for everyone in future business development.
