On March 7, 2020, Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm held the 2020 Annual Partner Meeting, which was conducted in the form of video conferencing and online voting due to the prevention and control of the new coronavirus. The meeting was presided over by Duan Chao, chairman of the partners' meeting, and more than 200 partners of Zhongcheng Qingtai attended the meeting.
The meeting successfully completed various topics in accordance with the law firm's articles of association and the established agenda, voted on the admission, promotion and withdrawal of partners in 2020, listened to and reviewed the establishment of branches, personnel appointment and removal, reviewed and approved the 2019 financial final accounts report, the 2020 financial budget report, the charging standard for Zhongcheng Qingtai legal affairs, listened to and reviewed the 2019 work report of the head office, the 2019 work report of the board of supervisors and the 2020 work deployment of the management Committee. The board of supervisors supervised the whole process of the meeting and issued a supervision report. The participants listened carefully to various topics, discussed and put forward opinions, and achieved good results.
