On the afternoon of April 26, 2020, in order to welcome the May Fourth Youth Day, the labor union and the Youth League branch of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm jointly organized the "Welcome May Fourth Youth and Common Growth" exchange and sharing forum, and invited senior partners Li Jian, lawyer Cheng Shining-law, and outstanding representatives of outstanding young lawyers Su Na and Zhu Meiye, together with the majority of young lawyers, we will focus on hot topics such as the development opportunities, professional development, and brand building of young lawyers, and take the pulse of the development direction of young lawyers.
Director Geng Guoyu delivered a speech at the event. Director Geng put forward expectations and requirements for the development of Zhongcheng young lawyers from five aspects: political responsibility, professional guidance, cooperation and sharing, international vision and public welfare feelings.
The theme shared by Director Li Jian is "Experience Sharing on the Way from Law". She shares her 15-year experience of law practice from various aspects such as "lawyer's practice orientation, practice mentality, lawyer's code of conduct, lawyer's work and skills, clients and development". The theme shared by Director Cheng Shabby is "The Premise of Quality Change from Paralegal to Practicing Lawyer". He shared how to make a qualitative change by a paralegal from four angles of "lawyer's thinking and case-handling guarantee, how to deal with the relationship with clients, how to deal with the relationship with judges, and how to deal with the relationship with lawyers", and how to become a practicing lawyer who is extensive and specialized, loves high efficiency, gentle and generous. The theme shared by lawyer Su Na is "how lawyers optimize services with science and technology". She introduced how to use science and technology to empower lawyers to provide legal services from three aspects: "the logic of legal service reform, the application of science and technology in specific scenarios, examples and reference materials"; the theme shared by lawyer Zhu Meiye is "forging the professional road of lawyers with" craftsman spirit ". From the two aspects of" why should we take the road of professional development and how to find the road of professional development suitable for ourselves ", she combined with her own experience in handling litigation cases to share how young lawyers uphold the" craftsman spirit "to forge the professional road of lawyers.
This young lawyer exchange and sharing forum is also the first phase of Zhongcheng Qingtai's "night talk around the stove" series of activities.
