The first creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy reorganization case of Juye Jinxu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was successfully held.
At 9 a.m. on April 29, under the auspices of the Juye County People's Court, the first creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy reorganization case of Juye County Jinxu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinxu Company") was successfully held. The meeting was held in the form of live webcast through the National Enterprise Bankruptcy and Reorganization Case Information Network. Nearly 1,000 creditors watched the live broadcast and voted on related matters through mobile phones or computers. The final vote was passed with a high vote in favor, successfully completing the agenda of the meeting.
Jinxu Company due to the inability to pay off the debts due, on November 13, 2019 by the Juye County People's Court ruled to accept the creditor's application for bankruptcy reorganization of Jinxu Company, while appointing the liquidation group as the administrator, Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan as a member of the administrator.
Because the case is a real estate enterprise, involving a large number of relocated households, house buyers and private loans, the company's assets have been sealed up, one house and two sales, and the situation of creditor's rights and debts is complex. By the vote of all the creditors with the right to vote, the bill was passed by a high vote, and the agenda was successfully concluded.
