Zhongcheng Qingtai Helps Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. Successfully Issue the First Phase of 2020 Corporate Bonds
2020 Jinan City Construction Group Co., Ltd. corporate bonds (the first issue) recently successfully issued, Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm Yao Huming lawyer team as the exclusive legal adviser for this issue.
The issuance scale of the bonds is 3 billion, the subject/debt rating is AAA, the issuance period is 10 years (3+3+3+1), the coupon rate is 2.73, and the subscription multiple is 3.06, the lowest issuance rate of corporate bonds in the country since 2016.
