Li Heng participated in the drafting of the "Construction Project Cost Dispute Review Code" published and implemented.
Recently, the "Construction Project Cost Dispute Review Standard" (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Standard") approved by the Shandong Engineering Construction Standard Cost Association was announced and implemented. Li Heng, deputy director, senior partner and president of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute, participated in the compilation of the standard as the main drafter.
"Review Code" is approved by the Shandong Provincial Engineering Construction Standards and Cost Association of Shandong Province engineering construction group standards, release number T/LESC-02-2020. The "Review Specification" is divided into 6 chapters and 5 appendices. The main technical contents include: general principles, terminology, basic regulations, review procedures, review decisions, file management, etc., aiming to promote the construction of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms in the engineering construction industry in Shandong Province. Standardize the evaluation of construction cost disputes, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, and create a good economic environment. The implementation of the "Review Code" will provide a new way to solve the dispute of construction cost.
