On May 16, 2020, the third general meeting and general meeting of the Jinan Bankruptcy Administrators Association was successfully held. Xie Shengren, Secretary of the Party committee and director of the Jinan Municipal Bureau of justice, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Sun Yongyi, deputy secretary of the Party group and vice president of the Municipal Intermediate People's court, delivered a speech. Li Guanwei, member of the Party group and deputy director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Chen Qijun, member of the Party committee and deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of justice, Yang Yalin, member of the Party committee and leading cadre level, responsible comrades of relevant offices of the Municipal Intermediate people's Court, the Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Municipal State-owned assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and 128 members of the Municipal Association of Bankruptcy Administrators attended the meeting. Geng Guoyu, president of the Municipal Lawyers Association and director of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, and Li Ruzhi, deputy director, were invited to attend the meeting. Lawyers Yang Yingying and Li Xuehua attended the meeting as individual members.
Director Geng Guoyu presided over the preparatory meeting and made a work report on behalf of the first council. The meeting voted and passed the "Work Report of the First Council", "Financial Work Report of the First Council", "Membership Standards", "Articles of Association of Jinan Bankruptcy Administrators Association (Revised Draft)", "Jinan Bankruptcy Administrators Association Bankruptcy Case Assistance Fund Raising and Expenditure Management Measures (Revised Draft)" and "Jinan Bankruptcy Administrators Association Membership Fee Management Measures (Revised Draft)", elected the second council and the first board of supervisors. Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm was elected as a member of the second council, and Director Li Ruzhi was elected as the vice chairman of the second council.
