On June 4, 2020, Zheng Yanling, a lawyer from the Capital Market Department of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was invited to give the first lecture on the "Rule of Law Lecture" column of Luzhong Mining Co., Ltd., and relevant personnel from the contract management, procurement and sales departments of Luzhong Mining Corporation, branches and subsidiaries participated in the study.
Lawyer Zheng Yanling took "contract risk management and matters needing attention in contract signing" as the theme, combined with the in-depth investigation of the contract management system of Luzhong Mining Co., Ltd. in the early stage, and gave a special explanation on the actual work and business characteristics of the contract management of Luzhong Mining Co., Ltd., which was well received by the trainees.
