Lawyer Dong Guoai Launching Training Lecture on Administration by Law for Jinan Lixia District Natural Resources Bureau
On June 12, 2020, lawyer Dong Guoai, partner of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was invited to conduct a training lecture on administration according to law for the Natural Resources Bureau of Lixia District.
In the course of the lecture, lawyer Dong Guoai combined with the current hot spots, from the perspective of the newly formulated civil code and the revised land management law, vividly interpreted the highlights of the newly revised law for the staff of the Natural Resources Bureau of Lixia District. Lawyer Dong Guoai also gave a detailed explanation on how the government performs its duties in accordance with the law in the process of government information disclosure, administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation of the Natural Resources Bureau.
Lixia District Natural Resources Bureau attaches great importance to this lecture and has a large number of participants.
