Recently, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. and Shandong Bo'an Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. successively held shareholders meetings to elect lawyer Zhou Shumin of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm as the company's independent director.
The predecessor of Sinotruk was Jinan Automobile Manufacturing Plant, which is the cradle of my country's heavy-duty automobile industry. In 1960, it produced China's first heavy-duty automobile-Huanghe brand JN150 eight-ton truck. It has become my country's largest heavy-duty automobile production base. In 2019, 136955 heavy trucks will be sold, with sales revenue of 39.843 billion yuan and operating profit of 2.031 billion yuan. On April 28, 2020, the Company's shareholders' meeting elected a new board of directors and supervisory board, and Mr. Zhou Shumin was elected (re-elected) as an independent director of the Company.
Boan Intelligent was established in 2002 and is located in Jinan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is a new third board innovation enterprise, a high-tech enterprise, and a provincial enterprise technology center in Shandong Province. It is committed to highways and urban smart transportation, new energy, new materials, etc. field. On June 15, 2020, the Company's shareholders' meeting elected a new board of directors and supervisory board, and Mr. Zhou Shumin was elected as an independent director of the Company.
