In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during the 20th collective study of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, and to earnestly do a good job in the study, publicity and implementation of the the People's Republic of China Civil Code in religious circles, the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee (Municipal Ethnic and Religious Bureau) held a special study training course on the "Civil Code" of the city's religious circles.
Wang Yang Baixue, a partner of Jinan Institute, was specially invited by the United Front Work Department of Jinan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China to interpret the "the People's Republic of China Civil Code" for the religious circles of the city. Lawyer Wang Yang Baixue combined with the reality and characteristics of religious circles, from the great significance of the compilation of the Civil Code, the overall requirements and basic principles of the compilation, the style structure of the Civil Code, and the main provisions related to religious groups. The easy-to-understand explanation made the city's religious circles have a preliminary understanding of the civil code and master the civil code.
Through this training activity, the religious circles of the city have further understood the significance of promulgating and implementing the civil code, enhanced the religious circles's awareness of respecting the law and abiding by the law, and laid a good foundation for improving the level of legalization, institutionalization and standardized management of religious work.
Nearly 100 people including members of the city-wide religious groups, heads of key religious sites, and staff of relevant business offices of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee (Municipal Ethnic and Religious Bureau) participated in the training.
