Recently, the Department of Justice of Shandong Province announced the list of government legislative and administrative normative document review expert database with Lu Si [2020] No. 62 document. Four lawyers from Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, Geng Guoyu, Duan Chao, Yao Huming, and Ai Xiansong, were selected as members of the expert database.
The establishment of the expert database for the examination of government legislation and administrative normative documents is specially set up by the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice in order to further improve the working mechanism for the examination of government legislation and administrative normative documents, improve the quality and efficiency of work, and enhance the public participation and professionalism in the examination of government legislation and administrative normative documents, in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit, after unit recommend, third-party evaluation, collective research, social publicity and other procedures, 101 people in the province were finally determined to be members of the expert database. Members of the expert pool are appointed for a period of three years.
