On September 17, the launching ceremony of Jinan Overseas Chinese Law Publicity Month was held in Dongxiang Community Square, Daming Lake Street County, Lixia District. As members of the legal team of the "Overseas Chinese Star" Volunteer Service Team of the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese, lawyers Chen Yuzhong (associate professor of the Party School of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China) and Li Shujing from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute were invited to participate.
The event was presided over by Mi Wenpeng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Jinan Federation of Overseas Chinese.
