Lawyer Tian Qingsong Launches Legal Training Lecture on Contract Chapter of Civil Code for Investment Promotion Bureau of Jinan High-tech Zone
On September 24, 2020, Mr. Tian Qingsong, a lawyer from Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was invited to conduct a legal training lecture on the contract chapter of the Civil Code for the heads of the departments and offices of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Jinan High-tech Zone and the industrial parks of the High-tech Zone.
Lawyer Tian Qingsong started with the investment promotion agreement of Jinan High-tech Zone, combined with the actual business and related cases, and made a comprehensive interpretation of the contract code of the Civil Code around the revision highlights and key clauses of the contract code.
The participants spoke highly of the training, believing that the training content was comprehensive and the explanation was easy to understand, which effectively promoted the publicity and interpretation of the Civil Code, and had guiding significance for the investment promotion bureau of the high-tech zone and the construction of the rule of law and the introduction of major projects in the industrial parks of the high-tech zone.
