The "1 1" legal aid task was successfully completed, and lawyer Zhang Kai from Jinan Institute of Zhongcheng Qingtai returned with honor.
On October 10, 2020, Zhang Kai, a lawyer from Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan), successfully completed the "1 1" legal aid mission and returned in triumph.
Since practicing, lawyer Zhang Kai has been deeply infected by director Wang Guangren's selfless dedication spirit. He always keeps in mind our service tenet of "centering on the center, serving the overall situation, paying attention to the people's livelihood and contributing to the society. On July 4, 2019, lawyer Zhang Kai responded to the 1 1 legal aid initiative of the Ministry of Justice and went to Zhenping County, Shaanxi Province to provide one-year legal services. After being affected by the epidemic, it was postponed for another two months, which lasted a total of 14 months.
Zhenping County is located in the southernmost tip of Shaanxi Province. It is remote, inconvenient and difficult. The total population of Zhenping County is less than 60000, but there are only two registered lawyers. Relatively speaking, legal service resources are relatively scarce. During the period of legal aid, lawyer Zhang Kai represented more than 40 cases and helped the masses solve more than 1,000 legal problems, which were well received by the local people. Lawyer Zhang Kai also served as the relevant work of the Legislative Affairs Office, reviewed nearly 100 government regulatory documents, and conducted more than ten legal trainings for the county people's congress, county party committee offices, and county government departments. Lawyer Zhang Kai is fearless, brave and willing to contribute, and has successfully completed the "11" legal aid task.

Lawyer Zhang Kai, partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law firm, member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Kuomintang, graduate degree, master of law degree, engaged in the profession of lawyer in 2009. In 2015, he was selected by the Provincial Law Association to study at the Law School of Victoria University in Australia. He is now a member of the 100 lawyers team in Shandong Province to deal with high-end international trade frictions and a member of the Legal Professional Committee of the China Mining Federation.
