Lawyer Li Heng Attends Academic Seminar on Revision of Construction Law
On October 17, 2020, an academic seminar on the revision of the Construction Law, sponsored by the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Committee of the National Law Association and the Henan Law Association, was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Li Heng, deputy director and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute and President of Zhongcheng Qingtai law research institute, was invited to attend the seminar as a member of the construction engineering and real estate special committee of the National Lawyers Association.
At the seminar, Zhu Shuying, director of Shanghai Jianwei Law firm, Dr. Li Ming of the trial Theory Research Association of the Supreme people's Court, Cui Wuxue, vice president of the Law Trade Union of the China Construction Industry Association, and Lin Luyi Hai, deputy director of the Housing Construction Committee of the National Law Association, respectively gave speeches on some issues concerning the revision of the Construction Law. The "Construction Law" revision task force of the Construction and Housing Committee of the National Lawyers Association also analyzed and interpreted the provisions of each chapter of the drafted "Construction Law" and related disputes.
Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute successfully held a seminar on the revision of the Construction Law this year. On the basis of grasping the latest situation of the revision of the Construction Law, we will continue to follow up the revision of the Construction Law, provide professional opinions and suggestions for the revision of the Construction Law, and strive to promote the continuous standardized development of the construction industry.
