On November 9, 2020, in order to enhance the brand influence of the fund business of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Fund Building, and help the Fund Building to speed up the construction of the private equity fund gathering area, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute Fund Business Center and the Fund Building jointly held a private equity fund business exchange and training seminar.
This lecture was given by lawyer Zhang Jian, director of the fund business center of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute and legal consultant of Shandong Provincial Guiding Fund.
Lawyer Zhang Jian interprets the relevant issues of private equity funds around the five sections of financial market, private equity investment fund, private equity investment fund operation mode, government guided fund and fund cluster area. His explanation cases are rich with pictures and texts, which are simple and vivid, and are well received by the participants.
Zhang Sai, general manager of the fund building, participated in the exchange and lecture activities. He said that the business exchange and lecture were part of the effective growth mechanism of the organization and construction team of the fund building. Through the activities, the staff of the fund building not only enhanced their understanding of the private equity industry, but also helped to provide better services for the settled institutions.
