On November 20, 2020, the second creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Jinan Sunshine Real Estate Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the 16th Trial Division of the People's Court of Huaiyin District, Jinan City, and Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm participated in the meeting for the whole administrator.
At the meeting, the administrator made a "phased work report on the performance of his duties" and a "statement on the examination of claims", and submitted it to the creditors' meeting for consideration and voting on the "bankruptcy property distribution plan".
