On November 21, 2020, the 2020 General Meeting of Members and Observers of the Permanent China Construction Engineering Law Forum was held at the Millennium Hotel in Beijing, and Lawyer Li Heng, Deputy Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, and Lawyer Dai Guangna were invited to participate as members of the Forum Working Group.

The results of the 10th Working Group of the Forum, "Guidelines for Adjudication of Disputes over General Contracts for Construction Projects", are classified and listed according to nine topics, including introduction, subject, special contracting procedures-bidding, effectiveness of general contracts for projects, price, priority compensation, quality, construction period, and dispute resolution procedures. Each article includes four parts: "Title of Article", "Content of Article", "Subject of Article" and "Understanding and Application. The book adopts the method of combining theoretical argumentation and empirical analysis, studies and analyzes the understanding and application of the provisions, systematically combs the common problems in the dispute of the general contract of the project in the form of the provisions of the referee guidelines and interpretation, and puts forward the suggestions of the decision ideas and treatment methods, aiming to provide reference for judges and arbitrators.
The "Guidelines for the Judgment of Disputes over General Contracts for Construction Projects" fills the gap in the summary of the domestic construction project general contract dispute adjudication rules. The book is published by the Law Publishing House and will be available soon.
