Zhongcheng Qingtai won many awards in the selection of excellent papers for lawyers in the province in 2020.

The selection of outstanding papers for lawyers in the province in 2020 was successfully held in Jinan recently. After the preliminary evaluation by the professional committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association, the paper repetition rate test and the expert group review, a total of 121 outstanding award-winning papers were selected, and another 15 units won the Outstanding Organization Award.

In this selection, Zhongcheng Qingtai won a number of awards, Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law firm and Zhongcheng Qingtai (Qingdao) Law firm both won the Outstanding Organization Award, and 18 papers written by Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers won the first prize, the second prize and the third prize respectively.

The list of winning lawyers, titles of winning papers and awards of Zhongcheng Qingtai are as follows:

:: First prize in the criminal group of "Reflection on the Concept of Financial Fraud and Restricted Application" by Qin Xingda, a lawyer;

Lawyer Song Yunfeng won the first prize in the criminal group for "On Illegal Cognition;

●Lawyer Wu Xiaoting won the second prize of the criminal group for his "Determination of False Information in the Crime of Network Provocation;

● Fang Quan's lawyer "Research on the Protection System of Virtual Property" won the second prize in the civil group;

● Lawyer Wang Binggan's "Research on Internet Credit System" won the second prize in the civil group;

Lawyer Xiaoyan won the third prize in the civil group for "On the Property Attributes of Network Virtual Property;

● Lawyer Wang Weiliang won the first prize in the industry development group for his "Guide to the Use of Social Media" in the UK;

Lawyer Lv Yujian won the second prize of the intellectual property group for "exploring the problem of network evidence preservation in intellectual property infringement cases;

● Shao Yan and Cheng Liangliang's "Research on Legal Issues of Disposal of State-owned Idle Land" won the second prize of real estate construction project;

Li Heng and Niu Chao won the third prize of real estate construction project for "Analysis of some legal issues in the confirmation and enforcement of the priority compensation right of construction project price;

:: Wu Xuhui's lawyer "The Construction of China's Company Director Liability Exemption System" won the third prize of the Company Group;

Lawyer Hao Bin's "Exploration and Research on the Guarantee System of Environmental Public Interest Litigation Fund" won the first prize in the litigation group;

Lawyer Liu Mengjie's "On China's Third-Party Litigation Financing" won the third prize of the litigation group;

Zheng Jinliang and Ning Hancheng won the third prize in the litigation group for "On the Rights Relief of Outsiders in Commercial Arbitration Cases;

● Zhao Bing's "On the Legal Regulation of Micro-business" won the second prize of the comprehensive group;

Lawyer Zhang Lijie's "Analysis of the Legal Application of Blockchain" won the third prize of the comprehensive group;

:: Lawyer Xia Lingxiao's "Analysis of the Validity of the Guaranteed Price Clause in the Express Service Contract" won the first prize in the service economic and social development group;

Lawyers Ai Xiansong and Zhou Peng won the third prize of serving the economic and social development group for their "taking strength as the basis for the cause and appropriateness -- considering the application of abstract dangerous criminals in China's environmental protection from the perspective of legislation.
