On December 1, 2020, Jinan Fund Industry Association and Jinan Lawyers Association jointly held a symposium on "Establishing a Private Investment Fund Service Platform" in the conference room of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm. Jinan Local Financial Supervision Administration Capital Market Office 1. Gao Dong, President of Jinan Fund Industry Association, Li Xiaohua, Secretary General, Teng Yongjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Jinan Financial Investment Fund Holding Group, and Quan Yuzhong, Minister of the Second Department of Investment, attended the meeting, president of Jinan Lawyers Association, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, Director Geng Guoyu, Deputy Director Tang Xiangdong, Director of Fund Business Center Zhang Jian, Lawyers Wu Haiyang, Li Hui and Ge Xiaowei warmly received and accompanied the participants.
The meeting mainly focused on the establishment of a "private investment fund service platform". All parties discussed the main problems faced by the registration of private equity fund managers and the filing of private equity fund products in our city, and jointly conducted in-depth discussions on how to establish a "private investment fund service platform" in our city.
All parties at the meeting reached an agreement that after the establishment of the private investment fund service platform, it will open up the bridge of communication between the private equity fund industry in our city and the China Foundation Association, improve the efficiency and success rate of manager registration and private equity fund product filing, and promote the standardization and rapid development of the fund industry in our city.
