In order to further study and publicize Xi Jinping's thought of the rule of law, vigorously carry forward the spirit of the Constitution, promote the full implementation of the Constitution, and further enhance employees' awareness of the rule of law, on the afternoon of December 4, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Finance Group, the Provincial Caixin Company and the Provincial New Kinetic Energy Fund Company jointly organized the Constitution propaganda week-the theme day of "Constitution into Enterprises" in Shandong Investment Building, lawyer Shi Guangbo, deputy director, party committee member and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, was invited to explain the constitution and legal knowledge related to the company's business. Some leaders of the Provincial Finance Group, heads of relevant departments of 4 units and related personnel, a total of more than 70 people participated.
Lawyer Shi Guangbo explained the origin and significance of the National Constitution Day, the main content and status of the Constitution, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, and the company law, and brought you a lively and wonderful lecture. After the event, lawyer Shi Guangbo interacted with the on-site personnel and answered the legal questions raised one by one.
Participants said that through this lecture, they had a deeper understanding of the Constitution and other basic legal systems, and further improved their legal literacy and the concept of the rule of law. In the next step, we must thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law, vigorously promote the spirit of the constitution, firmly establish the awareness of the rule of law and the thinking of the rule of law, and use practical actions to maintain the authority of the constitution, defend the dignity of the constitution, and ensure the implementation of the constitution.
