On the morning of December 11, lawyer Wang Junjie of the Criminal Legal Affairs Department of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute was invited to give a lecture on legal compliance knowledge for Shandong Xinchang Tianma Real Estate Marketing Planning Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinchang Tianma Company). About 50 general managers, deputy general managers, branch managers and senior executives above the sales manager level participated in the training.
Lawyer Wang Junjie combines the industry attributes and work characteristics of real estate marketing and planning enterprises, from the perspectives of "the judicial status quo of civil and criminal trials in China", "the characteristics and causes of criminal legal risks", "common criminal legal risks and prevention and control measures", etc., through the display and analysis of judicial big data and real cases, the common criminal legal risks and precautions of senior managers of real estate marketing planning enterprises in the process of performing their duties were explained.
