Lawyer Gao Yugang was invited to conduct legal training for Jinan Branch of the People's Bank of China and East China Region of China Resources Power

Recently, Gao Yugang, a lawyer from Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law firm, was invited to give a special legal lecture entitled "General provisions of the Civil Code and important and difficult provisions of the contract and judicial application" for more than 100 employees of the Jinan Branch of the people's Bank of China and various branches in the province.
Lawyer Gao Yugang introduced the historical status and legal significance of the Civil Code to the members, focusing on the major amendments and highlights of the General Provisions and Contracts of the Civil Code, and at the same time combined with relevant cases to remind the legal risks in the process of business investment, and introduced the prevention and control of contract legal risks from the aspects of contract signing, performance and management, and gained high praise from the participants.
On December 16, lawyer Gao Yugang gave a legal lecture entitled "Difficulties in the Connection between Commercial Arbitration and Litigation Procedures and the Application of Law" for the East China Branch of China Resources Power Investment Co., Ltd. The relevant business leaders of China Resources Power East China Region participated in the training on site. Members of the project department from multiple provinces participated in the video conference remotely.
Lawyer Gao Yugang made a professional interpretation of the dispute resolution mechanism from the aspects of the difference between arbitration and litigation, convergence and the common problems stipulated in the dispute resolution clause, and the participants had an interactive discussion with Lawyer Gao on the effectiveness of arbitral awards and judicial decisions, and how to choose between arbitration and litigation. The training content is closely combined with the specific business, and achieved good training effect.
