Recently, lawyer Wu Xiaoting of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute was invited to give a special legal lecture entitled "Criminal Crime Warning Education for Banking Practitioners" to more than 100 employees of Hengfeng Bank Jinan Branch.
Lawyer Wu Xiaoting launched this legal lecture from three aspects: "Big Data looks at the distance between banking practitioners and crimes, analysis of common crimes and case analysis, and ways and measures to prevent banking practitioners from committing crimes", and introduces in detail the common crimes of banking practitioners. Laws and regulations on crimes such as illegal loan issuance, loan fraud, credit card fraud, corruption, bribery, and embezzlement. Focusing on the problems existing in the three aspects of loan investigation, combined with typical cases, this paper analyzes the characteristics and basic reasons of the illegal performance of bank employees, and puts forward the ways and measures to prevent the crime of bank employees.
Through a comprehensive combing and comprehensive analysis of the criminal facts, illegal methods and judgment results in specific cases, this lecture changed the case education from "flood irrigation" to "precise drip irrigation", so that there were analysis, examples and discussions, so that the warning education could really enter the mind and heart, and the high evaluation of the participants was obtained.
