Lawyer Zhou Jiakui was invited to give a live lecture on "Sharing and Interpretation of Highlights of the New Judicial Interpretation of the Civil Code"

On January 9, lawyer Zhou Jiakui, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute and member of the lecturer group, was invited as the keynote speaker of the 10th "Yinghe Shandong Lecture Hall". He shared and interpreted the highlights of the new judicial interpretation of the Civil Code for the majority of lawyers through live webcast.
In this live broadcast, lawyer Zhou jiakui interpreted the four judicial interpretations newly issued by the supreme court on the real right, marriage and family, inheritance and guarantee system of the civil code, and explained in detail the differences between the above judicial interpretation and the old law and the impact of the new judicial interpretation on future judicial practice in the form of "analysis and interpretation of bright provisions.
More than 1,000 colleagues in the industry participated in the live broadcast online.
