Li Heng, deputy director, senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, and dean of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute, presided over this training as the chairman and secretary-general of the Engineering Legal and Commercial Work Committee of Shandong Construction Industry Association meeting.
