Zhongcheng Qingtai Institute Helps Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. Successfully Issue Three Corporate Bonds

The funds raised from the three corporate bonds issued by Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. are mainly used for the construction of key projects in Jinan, such as "three bridges and one tunnel". The three bonds are all served by the lawyer team of Yao Huming of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law firm as the exclusive legal adviser to provide legal services for the whole process of bond issuance.
At the beginning of 2021, Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. will serve as the lead underwriter, and the "Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd.
