"The Lawyer Is Coming" is a legal service public welfare program launched by the Social and Law Channel of CCTV. Zhou Jiakui's lawyer department participated in the program "the lawyer is coming" for the second time as a public welfare lawyer, showing the responsibility and spirit of our lawyers who are enthusiastic about public welfare and practice social responsibility.

On January 30, 2021, lawyer Zhou Jiakui, deputy director and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, was a guest on the CCTV Social and Law Channel "Lawyer Comes" program as a public welfare attorney, asking for help in the case to answer legal questions and provide legal assistance.

The theme of this program is "killing the rear end", but the focus of the case is not the traffic accident, but the implementation of the compensation. In this program, Mr. Zhang's younger brother lost his life because of a traffic accident. The court finally ruled that the four defendants should compensate the family members of the deceased more than 1 million yuan, including the driver Yang, the affiliated unit of the vehicle in the accident, a transportation company in Mengyin, and the deceased. The three defendants, including Li, the former employer, were jointly and severally liable for more than 600,000 yuan in compensation. However, in the execution procedure, the court found that the property of the above three defendants was only more than 8000 yuan. In the program, because Yang and Li's execution clues were interrupted, everyone turned their attention to a transportation company in Mengyin, hoping to "pierce the corporate veil", that is, through the "legal personality denial" system, the company's actual controller Zhang Mouhong and other related companies were added as executors.

In the program, lawyer Zhou Jiakui explained in detail the meaning of "joint and several liability" and "affiliation", explained the reasons for a transportation company in Mengyin to assume responsibility, and analyzed the obstacles existing in "piercing the corporate veil. In the program, lawyer Zhou Jiakui not only expounded his ideas on the agency of the case, but also expressed his thoughts and feelings on the case with the sense of justice of the legal person.
