On October 13, 2020, Jinan Jianlimin Beverage Factory filed for bankruptcy liquidation with the Tianqiao District People's Court on the grounds that it could not pay off its debts due and its assets were insufficient to pay off all its debts. On October 19, 2020, the Tianqiao District People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation of Jinan Jianlimin Beverage Factory and appointed a liquidation group as its administrator on the same day. As a member of the liquidation group, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute has formulated a detailed work plan and plan in accordance with the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law and relevant laws and regulations under the guidance and supervision of Tianqiao District People's Court after accepting the appointment. The debtor's bankruptcy management work has been performed diligently and faithfully.
At the first creditors' meeting, the administrator made a "report on the performance of his duties", a "report on the request to the creditors' meeting to verify the claims", and read out the "report on the request to the people's court for the confirmation of unobjectionable claims" and the "report on the request to the people's court for bankruptcy".
After the first debt meeting, the manager will continue to diligently and conscientiously complete the follow-up work such as the examination and review of creditor's rights, so as to fully protect and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of retired employees and creditors.
