In order to further improve our management system, innovate management models, improve management efficiency, and comprehensively improve our management level, the meeting decided to establish a board of supervisors, a management committee, and a business guidance and training committee, and elected the director of the institute by secret ballot. The chairman and vice chairman of the partner meeting, the board of supervisors, the management committee and the business guidance and training committee and other new management organization members. Lawyer Wang Guangren was re-elected director of the institute and chairman of the partners' meeting, lawyer Han Honggang was re-elected vice chairman of the partners' meeting and director of the board of supervisors; lawyer Geng Guoyu was elected director of the management committee, lawyer Dong Yiming and lawyer Zhou Xin were elected members of the management committee; lawyer Dong Yiming was also elected secretary general of Zhong Chengren and Lawyers Group; lawyer Gao Jian was elected director of the business and guidance and training committee.
At the same time, the meeting studied the agenda and preparatory matters related to the inaugural meeting of the Bar Group 《2007Basic systems such as annual wages and income distribution measures, and measures for the extraction, management and use of business development funds.
