The "Guide to Financial Administrative Law Enforcement" jointly prepared by our institute and the Provincial Department of Finance was officially published.

Recently, the book "Guide to Financial Administrative Law Enforcement" jointly compiled by our institute and the Department of Finance of Shandong Province was officially published by Economic Science Press. The book is divided into four parts: the basic theory of financial administrative law enforcement, the daily matters of financial administrative law enforcement, financial inspection and supervision, and financial administrative relief. The book has more than 140 million words, and it took nearly half a year from the writing, editing and publication of the manuscript.

In order to do a good job in the compilation of the book, our institute organized a number of backbone lawyers with profound legal theoretical foundation and rich practical work experience to form a special writing team with the laws and regulations department of the provincial finance department, which was carefully planned, carefully arranged and devoted to the work of writing, proofreading and publishing the manuscript in advance. The rigorous and pragmatic work style and diligent and efficient work attitude of our lawyers in the process of compiling the book have been praised by the leaders of the Department of Finance. The publication and distribution of the book will play an active and important guiding role in guiding and standardizing the financial management, law enforcement, inspection and supervision activities of the province's financial system.
