I organized a delegation to participate in the 6th China Lawyers Forum

9From January 23 to 24, the 6th China Lawyers Forum was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Six lawyers from our institute, including Wang Guangren, Han Honggang, Dong Yiming, Zhou Xin, Geng Guoyu and Cao Liqiang, participated in the annual grand meeting of the legal profession and had extensive exchanges with their counterparts at home and abroad.
The paper "Determination and Adjustment Standards for Excessive Liquidated Damages" written by Lawyer Wang Guangren and the paper "Research on Legal Issues of Convertible Corporate Bonds" written by Lawyer Dong Yiming were published in "Professional Skills and Professional Experience" and "Professional Direction and Professional Development" respectively. At the sub-forums, keynote speeches were made.
