Our institute focuses on training new employees in 2006.

According to the needs of business and professional development, our institute has recruited 15 postgraduates from more than ten famous law schools, including Peking University, Nanjing University, Nankai University, Wuhan University and Shandong University, and many young lawyers have joined our institute this year. In order to make the new comrades familiar with and adapt to the work of lawyers as soon as possible, our institute has formulated a training plan according to the training outline of the National Lawyers Association. From July 17 to 21, 2006, senior partners and some senior lawyers conducted a one-week training for new employees and organized a final training examination around the professional ethics of lawyers, practice discipline, lawyer practice and team culture and rules and regulations of the law firm.
At the opening ceremony of the training course, Director Wang Guangren gave a lecture on the theme of "Being a lawyer requires passion", and made a comprehensive exposition of our team culture such as the style, practice philosophy, team spirit, service standards and lawyer values. Deputy Directors Han Honggang, Gao Jian, Geng Guoyu, Dong Yiming, Zhou Xin and other speakers gave special lectures on lawyers' professional ethics, practice discipline, various lawyers' business operation norms and our rules and regulations.
Through participating in the training, the new employees have a comprehensive understanding of me and have a deeper understanding of the team culture of Zhongcheng Institute, especially the practice concept of "being a lawyer before being a person and a lawyer is a noble cause. I feel that I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and strengthened my confidence in doing a good job as a lawyer. He said that he would integrate into the excellent team of Zhongcheng lawyers as soon as possible, study hard and work hard, so as to make contributions to Zhongcheng lawyers.
