On the morning of May 10, Liu Tongxia and Yang Wensheng, deputy directors of the internal committee of the Provincial People's Congress, led the law enforcement inspection team of the Provincial People's Congress to inspect our study and implementation of the "Lawyers Law. Liu Aiqing, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Justice, Xie Chuanren, deputy director of the Municipal People's Congress, Pei Jinsheng, deputy director of the Internal Department Committee, and Gong Qiushui, director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, accompanied the inspection.
Director Wang Guangren reported to the inspection team the main practices of our institute's implementation of the Lawyers Law from four aspects: "the combination of learning the Lawyers Law with relevant regulations and industry norms, carrying out activities such as striving for civilization, establishing and perfecting rules and regulations, and continuously deepening the reform of the lawyer system, it focuses on the situation that our institute actively organizes lawyers to play a functional role in serving the city's economic development, building a" safe Jinan ", safeguarding judicial justice, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people around the work of government centers such as urban construction, investment promotion, and enterprise restructuring.
The inspection team affirmed the specific practices and achievements in the implementation of the "Lawyers Law", and adhered to the lawyer practice concept of "taking lawyers as a noble cause", earnestly grasped the team building, and used system construction.
