Just a few hours before the funeral, my assistant found evidence that one of my criminal defendants was guilty. The case was to be opened the next day, and the defendant did not tell the truth to the lawyer because he was lucky. I was going to plead his innocence. If he does not immediately persuade him to give up his wrong ideas, he will inevitably be severely punished for refusing to plead guilty. I immediately went through the formalities with my assistant and went to the detention center to meet the defendant. The defendant was persuaded to give up his wrong ideas, and the court sentenced him to probation based on his guilty plea and the circumstances of the crime. The dignity of the law is upheld and the parties are fairly punished.
I often tell young lawyers that to be a lawyer, one must have a sense of responsibility. If a lawyer does not perform his duties and is not responsible to the client, he will lose the trust of the masses and will not have a future for development. If you are not responsible for yourself, you will not be responsible for your family, work unit and society. Responsibility makes one diligent and dedicated. In my work, I deeply feel that the law is no small matter, the responsibility on the shoulders of lawyers is great, and the mission is sacred. Any carelessness and hasty is a sacrilege to the sacred cause of lawyers. And dedication to work should not only respect the profession of lawyers, but also respect the great cause of the party and the people. Therefore, in my work, I often have an impulse to motivate myself to do a good job, strive for perfection, and strive to achieve perfection. 1993In 2003, I went to Hong Kong with an enterprise to discuss two joint venture projects. I worked for more than ten days and was very tired. When I came back, I immediately went to Qingdao to deal with a complicated foreign-related economic lawsuit. After nearly 20 days and nights of running, the project was negotiated and the case was won. However, my eyes suddenly became blind. After examination, it was a large area of retinal hemorrhage in both eyes. As soon as I got back to work, I forgot the doctor's advice that the doctor had repeatedly warned me to rest. But I don't feel any loss, because this is a big project related to Jinan's development, and I can do it without paying.

Years of traveling, toil and irregular life have caused me to suffer from hypertension, diabetes and other diseases. The doctor has warned me many times to pay attention to rest. However, the habit I have developed over the years often makes me work late into the night and encounter complicated and difficult major cases. I always take two tablets of antihypertensive drugs first, and then make a cup of strong tea to refresh myself. After the materials are finished, the effect of strong tea makes it difficult for me to fall asleep, I had to take a few more Valium. The wife who was the head nurse in the hospital saw me like this and blamed me for not caring about my body. For this reason, some people say that I work so hard to make money. In fact, I have been a doctor, how can I not know the consequences of this on my body, and how can I not understand the simple truth that life is more important than money. Since I became a lawyer, especially when I became the director of the institute, I have more deeply realized the meaning of dedication. The lawyers in the institute serve as the perennial legal counsel of the Jinan Disabled Persons' Federation for free, and provide legal services for the disabled free of charge. The lawyers are on duty at the Disabled Persons' Federation on time.
